Refund Policy
সেবা বা পণ্য ফেরত নীতি:
● কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে সেবা বা পণ্যটি ব্যবহারের অনুপযোগী হয়ে পড়লে।
● প্রতিশ্রুত সেবা বা পণ্য না পেলে আপনি রিফান্ড পাবেন।।
মূল্য ফেরত নীতি:-
সেবা বা পণ্য ফেরত নীতির শর্ত মেনে তা যদি ফেরত দিতে চান, সেক্ষেত্রে আপনি প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম মেনে রিফান্ডের জন্যে অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। প্রতিষ্ঠান তার রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী ১৫ (পনের) কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে আপনার চাহিদা মোতাবেক পরিবর্তিত সেবা বা পণ্য অথবা পরিশোধিত মূল্য ফেরত দিবে। তবে সেবা বা পণ্য ফেরত নীতি প্রযোজ্য হবে না যদি আপনি ই-বুক ক্রয় করেন।
মূল্য ফেরতের নির্ধারিত সময়:
প্রি-পেমেন্টে কোর্স ক্রয় করলে ক্রয় করার দিন থেকে ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে এবং কোর্স চলাকালীন সময়ে লাইভ ক্লাস শুরু হওয়ার পরবর্তী ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে এই আবেদন করতে হবে। যেমন, যদি কোনো কোর্স জুলাই মাসের ১ তারিখ থেকে শুরু হয় তাহলে আপনি জুলাই মাসে ১৫ তারিখ পর্যন্ত রিফান্ডের আবেদন করতে পারবেন। তবে কোর্সটি যদি আপনি জুলাই মাসে ক্লাস শুরুর আগেই ক্রয় করেন তাহলে কেনার ১৫ দিনের মধ্যেই রিফান্ডের আবেদন করতে হবে। অর্থাৎ জুন মাসের ১০ তারিখে কেউ কোর্সটি কিনলে তিনি রিফান্ডের আবেদন করার সময় পাবেন জুন মাসের ২৫ তারিখ পর্যন্ত।
১৫ দিন পার হয়ে গেলে:
কোনো কোর্সের লাইভ ক্লাস শুরু হবার ১৫ দিন পার হয়ে গেলে মূল্য ফেরতের জন্যে আবেদন করা যাবে না।
কিভাবে মূল্য ফেরতের জন্যে অনুরোধ করতে হবে?
কোনো পণ্য বা সেবার মূল্য ফেরতের জন্যে অনুরোধ করতে হলে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্যসহ আমাদের হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নাম্বারে +8801806020690 এ জানাতে হবে ।
মূল্য ফেরতের আবেদন প্রযোজ্য হবে না যদি:
● আপনি ১৫ দিন পার হবার পর আবেদন করেন।
● যদি ই-বুক ক্রয় করেন।
একবার মূল্য ফেরতের জন্যে আবেদন করলে আপনার ক্রয়কৃত কোর্স ৭২ ঘন্টার জন্যে সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ করে দেয়া হবে। এরপর যাচাই বাছাই করার পর আপনার রিফান্ড বিবেচ্য কি না তা এই সময়ের মধ্যে নিরীক্ষা করা হবে।
Product Return Policy:-
You will receive a refund-
● If the service or product becomes unusable due to technical defects.
● If the promised service or product is not received.
If you wish to return a service or product following the conditions of the return policy, you can request a refund according to the company’s specified rules. The company will provide the replacement service or product, or refund the paid amount, within 15 working days as per its return or refund policy. However, the return policy will not apply if you purchase an e-book.
Time Frame for Refund
If you purchase a course via prepayment, you must apply for a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase. If you purchase a running course, you must apply for a refund within 15 days after the live classes have commenced. For example, if a course starts on July 1st, you can apply for a refund until July 15th. However, if you purchase the course by prepayment before the classes start in July, you must apply for a refund within 15 days of purchase. For instance, if someone purchases the course on June 10th, they will have until June 25th to apply for a refund.
After 15 Days
If 15 days have passed since the live class of any course has started, you will not be able to apply for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you need to inform us with the necessary information by calling our whatsapp at +8801806020690. Once your refund request is accepted, you will receive the refunded amount in your account within the next 15 working days.
Refunds Policy are Not Applicable
● If you request the refund after 15 days from the purchase or after 15 days from the start of the live class.
● If you have purchased an e-book.
Upon submitting a refund request, your enrolled course will be temporarily locked for 72 hours. During this time, your refund request will undergo a verification process.
